Section 3. Any
individual who wishes or express their desire to become a member should
attend and must complete the Basic Orientation Seminar (BOS) and at
least possess the Character Qualification Standard (CQS) set by the
organization. The CQS are as follows:
1.Service-minded
2.Sacrificing attitude
3.Self discipline
4.Sincere/committed
Section 4. Membership in the organization are classified and defined
accordingly: (1) regular members, (2) associate members, and (3)
honorary members. Members in either classification shall be referred as
General members
Section 5. A regular member is one:
1.Who actively participates and mandated to attend in most of the
programs/activities of the organization as determined by the Board of
Directors;
2.Who has been a member for at least two (2) or three (3) years and;
3.Who has manifested sincerity, dedication and commitment to the
organization by performing duties and responsibilities whole heartedly;
4.Whose age are not less than 18.
Section 6. If a regular member, after a period of time has become
inactive to the organization and has not perform his/her duties and
responsibilities as assigned without proper notice (written form) and
for no apparent reason at all, the said regular member shall be
classified as an associate member.
Section 7. An associate member is one:
1.Who attend the activities of the organization by his/her choice on
seldom or irregular basis;
2.Who has been newly inducted as a member or anyone whose membership in
the organization is less than two (2) or three (3) years;
3.Who has attended the Basic Orientation Seminar (BOS).
4.Whose age is not less than 15.
Section 8. If an associate member after a period of two or three years
has shown commitment and dedication to the organization by attending to
most of the activities and has complied to all the duties and
responsibilities shall be entitled to be classified as regular member.
Section 9. An honorary or titular member is anyone who was endorsed or
sponsored by a regular member and approved by the Board of Directors for
the following reasons/criteria:
1.Has the strong desire to help or support the organization
2.Of good moral character or social standing and reputation
3.Has Humanitarian and Ecological concern.
Section 10. An honorary or titular member may be classified as regular
member provided that they shall comply in the requirements necessary for
such membership.
